Chelsea Oelker is an accomplished and driven professional dedicated to enhancing the lives of others through her expertise in community and real estate. With over 20 years as a resident of Anna Maria Island and Northwest Bradenton, Chelsea plays a pivotal role in delivering the Hannah Hillyard Group luxury experience, providing exceptional service and profound insights into market trends, real estate policy, and community development.
Chelsea holds a Bachelor’s in Health Administration from the State College of Florida and earned her Master’s in Nonprofit Management from Northeastern University, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a focus on Brand Management and Digital Communities. She is currently completing a Doctorate in Law and Policy at Northeastern, with a thesis focused on the lived experiences of stakeholders navigating long-term care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Chelsea is a two-time recipient of the Virtual Student Federal Service fellowship and Northeastern’s Academic Achievement of Excellence award. She has worked with the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration on peer-centered initiatives, teaches Social and Sustainable Entrepreneurship part-time in Northeastern’s Nonprofit Management program, and is a Leadership Manatee graduate.
Beyond her professional achievements, Chelsea is deeply committed to community and advocacy, actively supporting at-risk youth, the special-needs community, and mental health services. Chelsea takes pride in being a devoted mother to her 13-year-old daughter, a loving wife, and a supportive sister to her autistic brother. During her leisure moments, she enjoys exploring nature through runs in the preserves, embarking on leisurely golf cart rides with her family, and creating cherished memories together out on the water. Chelsea is a proud member of the Manatee Chamber of Commerce and a long-standing advocate for Pace Center for Girls, Manatee.
